1. Agreement To These Terms

By visiting buybestiptvuk.com, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Refund Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.

2. What We Provide

buybestiptvuk.com provides access to streaming content and account credentials only — such as your login, M3U links, or Xtream Codes API details. We do not supply, sell, or develop any player applications. Any player apps you use are provided by their own third parties and are used at your own discretion. Need help getting set up? 3. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement and to purchase a subscription. You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please let us know straight away if you believe your details have been shared or misused.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

We offer subscriptions of different lengths and device counts. Current options and prices are shown on our pricing page. Payment is taken up front for the plan you choose, and your access is activated once payment is confirmed. A subscription covers the number of devices stated in your plan; streaming on more devices than your plan allows may cause interruptions.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a short free trial so you can test the service before you buy. Trials are provided as-is, for evaluation only, and may be limited in time or features. We reserve the right to change, limit, or withdraw trial availability at any time, and to decline trials where misuse is suspected.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, timeframes, and fees are set out in full in our Refund Policy. In short: a full refund can be requested within 12 hours of purchase; requests after that are at our discretion and subject to an administration fee. Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for your own personal use. In particular, you agree not to:

• Resell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute your subscription or credentials without our written authorisation.
• Share your login beyond the device limit of your plan, or attempt to bypass those limits.
• Use the service in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations in your location.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or systems.

Breaching this section may result in suspension or termination without a refund.

8. Apps & Devices

The service works across a wide range of devices, but the player apps themselves are third-party software. Keeping your app updated, and making sure your device and internet connection meet the requirements, is your responsibility. We can't guarantee the behaviour of third-party apps or devices, and issues caused by them, your network, or your setup fall outside our control.

9. Service Availability & Maintenance

We work hard to keep our servers stable and fast, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Maintenance, upgrades, security work, and migrations may happen without prior notice, and can occasionally take longer than expected. These periods are a normal part of running the service — please see our Refund Policy for how they're treated.

10. Channels, Content & Changes

The channels, categories, VOD titles, catch-up, and EPG data available can change over time due to provider-side, licensing, source, or other third-party factors outside our control. We don't guarantee that any specific channel or title will always be available, and changes of this kind don't, on their own, entitle you to a refund.

11. Intellectual Property & Affiliation

The buybestiptvuk.com name, branding, and website content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any broadcaster, network, or content owner. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by your device, chosen app, internet connection, ISP, or other factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where misuse or fraud is suspected, or where a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without contacting us first. Where an account is terminated for a breach of these terms, no refund is due.

14. Privacy

We only collect the information we need to provide and support your subscription. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to that handling of your information.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on this page, so please check back from time to time.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction, without affecting any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
