Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your subscription. Please take a moment to read this Refund Policy before you buy from buybestiptvuk.com, so you know exactly where you stand.

1. Your 12-Hour Refund Window

You can request a full refund within 12 hours of your original purchase — we call this the 12-Hour Refund Window. Just contact our support team within those 12 hours and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address you used to order
  • The reason for your refund request

Wherever possible, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

2. Refund Requests After 12 Hours

If you get in touch after the 12-hour window, we may still consider a refund — but that's entirely at our discretion. In those cases, an administration and service fee of £8.99 is deducted from any approved refund. This covers account setup, server allocation, payment processing, support time, and resources already used.

If you've already started using the subscription, we also deduct the value of the time you've used. That usage is worked out proportionally to your plan length (1 to 12 months).

3. When A Refund Doesn't Apply

To keep things fair for everyone, refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • If we've already resolved your issue with compensation — bonus time, a free extension, credits, a discount, replacement service, or alternative access. Once you accept any of these, the matter is considered settled and no refund can be issued for it afterwards.
  • Delays caused by server migrations, infrastructure changes, security incidents, DDoS attacks, data recovery, or emergency restoration work.
  • Temporary loss of specific channels, categories, VOD, series, catch-up, EPG data, or regional content due to provider-side, licensing, source, or third-party changes.
  • Problems caused by ISP blocking, geo-restrictions, VPN configuration, DNS settings, firewalls, or network filtering that is outside our control.
  • Outages caused by force majeure — natural disasters, power cuts, internet backbone failures, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or third-party service outages.
  • Requests made after the 12-hour window once your login or activation details (portal access, M3U links, Xtream Codes, or MAG setup) have been issued, delivered, and actively used to stream.
  • Not following the troubleshooting steps our technical team provided before you asked for a refund.
  • Requests made while a support ticket, maintenance job, migration, or technical investigation is still in progress.
  • Declining reasonable alternatives we offer — replacement access, backup servers, or troubleshooting.
  • Interruptions during announced or emergency maintenance, server or infrastructure upgrades, or content synchronisation.

4. Compensation & Goodwill

Sometimes, and entirely at our discretion, we may offer a goodwill gesture instead of a refund — account credit, a free extension, bonus access, replacement service, or another solution.

Important: if you accept any form of compensation, that counts as full and final resolution of the issue. Once it's applied to your account, you waive the right to a later refund, chargeback, dispute, reversal, or further compensation relating to the same issue.

5. Maintenance & Emergency Updates

By purchasing our services, you understand that maintenance, upgrades, security patches, infrastructure work, server migrations, app-compatibility fixes, emergency technical work, and system recovery can happen without prior notice.

Most of this is completed within a few hours, but some situations need longer — please allow up to 24–72 hours (or more where necessary) for this kind of work. These maintenance periods, along with any compensation, credits, or extensions offered, do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or any other form of reimbursement.

6. How Long Refunds Take

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, card provider, Revolut, PayPal, or payment processor, it can take a little longer for the money to appear in your account.

7. Exceptional Cases

Requests submitted outside the 12-hour window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval isn't guaranteed, and any refund we do approve remains subject to the £8.99 administration and service fee.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please talk to our support team before opening any chargeback or payment dispute — most issues are sorted out quickly. If a chargeback or dispute is opened without contacting us first, buybestiptvuk.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the related accounts and services while the dispute is under review.

9. Our Final Decision

All refund decisions are made solely by buybestiptvuk.com. Our decision regarding eligibility, refund amounts, and any service-related dispute is final.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may modify, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Please check back from time to time so you're aware of any changes.
